Billie the Vision and the Dancers - "Summercat"

El grupo comenzó en Malmo, Suecia, durante la grabación de su primer album en 2004.

El cantante -que siempre va vestido de mujer- se llama Lars Lindquist. Comenzó solo, pero pronto se dio cuenta que la unión hace la fuerza y persuadió a sus amigos para acompañarle en su proyecto musical.
Crearon un sello discográfico llamado ‘Love Will Pay the Bills Records' y decidieron compartir su música gratuitamente. Un par de años después y millones de descargas de sus canciones se ha demostrado que su táctica comercial ha resultado ser muy positiva.

Su discográfica publicó en 2004 su álbum ‘I Was So Unpopular in School and Now They're Giving Me This Beautiful Bicycle'. Recibió una buena acogida por la crítica y fue premiado en Suecia.

Su segundo álbum ‘The World According to Pablo' engrandece su público y atesora más premios. Comienzan a acudir a festivales y tocar por varios paises de Europa.

Su tercer álbum se llamó ‘Where the Ocean Meets My Hand'. Con él comenzaron a una gira a lo grande por su país. Sus fans se comenzaron a organizar y la prensa especializada nacional -e internacional incluso- se hacía eco ya de sus representaciones de manera habitual. (fuente)
