Helen me ha regalado, entre otras muchas cosas preciosas, una postal. La tengo puesta en mi estudio y la imagen que muestra me hace soñar. Es de una ilustradora: Nicoletta Ceccoli. Una maravilla. La postal es ésta (la niña abrazada al pez rojo):
Nata nella Repubblica di San Marino il 17 marzo del 1973.
Si èdiplomata nella sezione di cinema di animazione presso l'istituto statale d'arte di Urbino.
Nicoletta Ceccoli (foto de arriba) was born and lives in her native San Marino, Italy. Since studying at the State Institute of Art in Urbino, she has illustrated a number of children's titles for prominent Italian publishers.
Nicoletta has been awarded the prestigious Italian Andersen Prize for best illustrator of the year, 2001, and received an award of excellence from Communication Arts, 2002. She has created three books for Barefoot Books, An Island in the Sun(2002), The Faerie's Gift(2003) and Little Red Riding Hood (2004) with her fourth,
